Dear Licensees,
Due to the current heavy monsoon rains, there is a risk of flood emergency and partial evacuation in certain districts. Therefore, all licensees are instructed to implement the following precautionary measures immediately and ensure strict compliance.
Instructions:

Safety of Students:
Ensure complete safety of students in case of flood or rain emergency. -
Coordination with District Administration:
Immediately coordinate with the District Administration, Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), and National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and follow their instructions strictly. -
Protection of School Records and Assets:
School records and property should be protected in such a way that no educational loss occurs. -
Emergency Evacuation Plans:
Schools located in flood-prone areas should prepare an immediate evacuation plan to save the lives of students. -
Communication and Reporting:
Schools must immediately inform the District Administration and PEIMA in case of any emergency situation.
Note:
The safety of students and teachers is PEIMA’s top priority. Strict action will be taken against those who fail to comply with the above instructions.
